Description
Complete chocolate moulding line, working and adapting in previous plant to (optionally) be capable of working with biscuits – cookies with chocolate on top, making the chocolate, adapting and wrapping the chocolate on the top of the biscuits. This line has also an special biscuit alveoli dispenser before a double Pick & Place robot.
This line includes: depositor, cooler with stainless steel cover including platform and stairs for operation, demoulding section, positioner for robot, special machine to put alveolus of package for biscuits, double pick & place robot, conveyors, flowpack wrapper Iman Pack type flow 03, Goring Kerr metal detector, additional table for manual cartoning process, Sollich chocolate temperer and stainless steel chocolate tank, including chocolate pump and control panel.
