Used Memak stainless steel sequential one shot chocolate moulding line with cooling belt for solid and filling chocolate including the possibility of additional ingredients such as nuts, crispies, etc. Possibility of two-colored chocolate as well. The line is controlled through PLC and touch screen, to produce different recipes. Year of manufacture 2020.
